What forms of payments do you accept?

We currently accept credit/debit payments, PayPal, and Apple Pay. 

 Do you offer a warranty?

We do not offer a warranty and are not responsible for damages. We provide resources for repairs including materials and guided support. If for any reason your Bubble House arrives damaged, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery so we can help you. In most cases, you are able to file a claim with the courier if the unit was damaged during transport.

What kind of balloons should I use inside?

We recommend high quality latex balloons to be used inside the Bubble House to reduce popping.

How do you blow up all those balloons for the inside?

It's best to purchase an electric pump to blow up the balloons for inside the Bubble House.

Do you sell Bounce Houses/Jumping Castles?

We do not currently sell anything other than the Bubble House. We hope to offer more inflatables in the future!

Does it come with an air blower?

Yes, all Bubble House purchases come with a commercial grade air blower and an electric pump to inflate the tunnel tubing.

Do you provide a mat for underneath the unit?

We do not provide anything to go underneath the Bubble House; however, we have recommendations for what can be used for this in our Bubble House Shopping List, which is included with all purchases.

Do you provide sandbags/weights?

We do not provide sandbags; however, we include purchasing information and guidelines for what should be used to anchor your Bubble House in our Essential Guide.

Will you provide safety guidelines?

Our Essential Guide, which is included with all Bubble House purchases, will include basic instructions for safety and use. Please note, the information contained in the guide is provided for general guidance and is not intended to replace or serve as a substitute for inflatable safety training; see SIOTO for more information on safety training.

What is your return policy?

All sales are FINAL and we do not offer refunds. Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us within two days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can assist you. If the unit was damaged or lost during transport a claim will need to be filed with the courier to proceed with a replacement/refund. 

Do you have converter plugs for international use?

All international Bubble House orders will either include a compatible blower or a conversion attachment to use the blower as well as the electric hand pump for the tunnel tubing.

Are the Bubble Houses made in the USA?

Our Bubble Houses are manufactured in China. We oversee the entire production process to ensure all units are manufactured to the highest standards and only use the highest quality materials available on the market. While we would love to manufacture in the states, the pricing would increase significantly and in an effort to offer our customers the best pricing possible we have decided to manufacture outside of the US. 

Does the Guide include information about insurance?

Our Essential Guide does include some best practices when it comes to seeking an insurance policy for the Bubble House; however, each region/state has different requirements and therefore insurance is ultimately a case by case basis. Securing the appropriate insurance is the responsibility of the customer and the Bubble House Company will not be able to issue a refund in the event that the customer is unable to get the unit insured.

When will I receive the Essential Guide and Promotional Materials when I Preorder a Bubble House?

You will receive a link to access the Essential Guide and promotional content using the link in your order confirmation. Please reach out with your to hello@thebubblehouse.co if you did not receive the link. 

How can I get my business added to the Vendor page?

To be added to our Bubble House vendor list on our website the purchase of a Bubble House from The Bubble House Company is required. We love to support our vendors and will need your business name, service area (state/county/region), and link for your website or social media page. We will add your vendor information to our website within 2-3 weeks of purchase and reserve the right to remove vendors from our page for any reason at any time.

What are the dimensions of the Bubble House?

Classic 10 FT (Diameter) Bubble House: 16 FT (Length) x 10 FT (width). Weight: 99 LBS
Grande 13 FT (Diameter) Bubble House: 19 FT (Length) x 13 FT (width) x 9/5 FT (height)

Does it get hot inside the Bubble House?

It definitely can! If you set up the Bubble House in direct sunlight, it can become hot inside. In the interest of safety and client experience, it is best to set up the Bubble House in a shady area and indoors if temperatures are extreme (for both hot and cold weather).
