Shipping Policy

Shipping rates & delivery estimates: 

Standard shipping is included for U.S. orders

Items will ship 4-6 weeks from the date of purchase. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). We ship our products standard delivery (DHL, FEDEX, USPS, UPS). Once you are notified that your item has been shipped, it can take as little as 7 business days or up to 20 business days to receive. Delivery delays can occasionally happen. We cannot guarantee delivery times due to economical shipping issues that can occur beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Damages:

The Bubble House Company is not liable for any products damaged, lost or stolen during shipping. If you don’t receive your order or if you receive it damaged, please contact the shipping courier to file a claim. For damages, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.  

International Shipping Policy:

There is a $100 flat rate shipping fee applied to international orders. We currently offer international shipping to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, India, Italy, Jamaica, Malta, Mexico, South Africa, Turkey, and the United Kingdom; we are working on adding more regions. We manufacture our Bubble Houses in China; your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Bubble House Company is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns:

NO REFUNDS. All sales are FINAL. Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us within two days if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and initiate an exchange if applicable or assist you with filing a claim with the courier.

Cancellation Policy

For Bubble House Pre-orders you have up to 7 days to cancel if you change your mind. After 7 days you will not be able to cancel your order. In stock items such as the Bubble House Essential Guide cannot be canceled or refunded. Note that payment processing fees are non-refundable.
